Comment:- This is inspired by the resilient stance taken by my worker's union (PCS) against the totally draconian work procedure that is currently being imposed upon my office by the executive committee, with the intention of rolling out across the whole of the department. It is a management technique that was originally introduced to the Toyota car company as a means of streamlining the process to remove anything in the procedure that was of no benefit to the custo
